This is the second volume (of two).

The cover of this book has leather on the spine and corners. The leather is worn away along the spine with a larger chunk missing at the bottom. Otherwise, the cover has a dark blue marbled pattern.

The title page of the book starts at the top with the title and the subtitle. In the middle, there is a small insignia. On the bottom of the page, there is the publication information and the date. There are a few mold spots on both of these pages.

Ramsden states in his catalog that this edition is half-spine flat blue morocco bound by the famous bookbinder Walter Berry.
